The steel blade, hand forged, slightly curved, without Dale. The handle is wooden, covered in Stingray leather and braided cotton tape under the tape inserted lining menuki. Habaki is made of copper. The scabbard is wood covered with lacquer and decorated with a stylized image of a honeycomb.
