The badge is made of alloy non-ferrous metals with subsequent plating and is a feathery eight ray star with a round shield of the Eastern type in the center. The shield is decorated with the image of a flower with six petals, surrounded by a wreath of Laurel leaves. Diagonally through the center of the shield are two crossed swords, aiming the tip at the top. The reverse is flat. The upper ray of the star is attached to the eyelet through which the ring passes, connecting the reward with the silk sash of green with two thin white stripes along the edges.
