The pennant for the fanfare "1st Leningrad School of Border Guard and O.G.P.U. troops". The pennant consists of two halves - the front of dark green velvet and the reverse of green silk fabric, sewn together. The pennant is framed on the three outer edges by a thick gilded fringe. The color of the front and back sides of the pennant are matched to the instrument color of the OGPU border troops (green).
In the central part of the front side there is an image of the coat of arms of the USSR with seven ribbons of the republics (such a coat of arms existed from March 17, 1931 to May 27, 1936). All elements of the coat of arms are hand-embroidered in very high quality using silk threads of different colors, which gives the image a sense of volume. Above and below the coat of arms are the abbreviations of the name of the educational institution - "1st L.S.P.O." and "O.G.P.U." embroidered in the same way as the coat of arms. On the back of the silk side of the pennant is a large red five-pointed star with a relief sickle and hammer embroidered with golden piping in a black outline.

Pennant size: 50x43 cm.

The safety is good.
Very rare.
